Mud Agitators for Malaysia Drilling Company
It is during a rush season and the work in our factory is in a more busy period lately. At the beginning of this week, our workers finished 5pcs TRJBQ7.5 horizontal mud agitators in the workshop. They are matched with explosion-proof control cabinets for each piece as a whole set. These are purchased by our new Malaysian customer for their horizontal directional drilling field. Later they will arrange the pickup to the sea port.

Our TRJBQ7.5 mud agitators are completed with 2pcs blades with blade diameter 650mm. Blade speed is 60/72 r/min. Currently we can manufacture mud agitator with worm and wheel gearbox, also the agitator with helical bevel gear box is available. The latter one will transfer more efficient to shaft, which saves more energy than common worm and wheel gearbox. No matter for horizontal or vertical mud agitator, there is helical bevel gearbox available.

Mud Agitators Exported to Africa
Mud agitator is an ideal device for stirring, mixing liquid and preventing the solid-phase precipitation in the mixture. TR Solids Control could supply both horizontal and vertical type agitators. For horizontal mud agitators, we have two kinds for clients: direct-connecting and coupling one. They have own advantages in the process of operation. On Mar. 23th, 20pcs direct-connecting mud agitators are ready within 4 weeks in our factory. They are going to be exported to Africa.

Our client would use them on their oilfield drilling site for mud mixing application. Motor power for this batch mud agitators is 15kw with explosion-proof standard. Impeller diameter is 950mm with speed 60/72rpm. The structure of this kind agitator is compact and optimized, making it save space in drilling field. We adopt good heat exchange performance, this lets agitator faster cool down. In addition, we use turbo and worm gear speed reducer with the large torque transmission. Mud Agitators for Russian Oilfield Site
Mud agitator is mainly installed on the storage mud tank in drilling solids control system. It can not only be used to mix the mud material to make it more fully merge with the water, but also can be used to prevent the mud from settling. Recently, TR Solids Control is preparing to ship 3pcs mud agitators ordered by a Russian customer. They will eventually be used in a foreign well-known drilling company in their oilfield site.

The motor power of these mud agitators is 15kw(20HP). Impeller diameter is 950mm with speed 60/72r/min. We use 2pcs impellers for big power agitators. Since the agitators needs to be used in oilfield industry, the motors must be explosion-proof. TR explosion-proof standard is ExdllBt4. Shale Shaker & Mud agitator for Drilling Waste Management
Recently, 2pcs TRZS703 high-frequency shale shakers and 8pcs TRJBQ11 mud agitators were finished the final inspection and package in TR workshop. They are on the way to water-based drilling waste management site. TRZS703 shaker is one of linear motion shale shakers in our company. Its processing capacity is 130m³/h, and supporting motors are two 2.2kw explosion-proof motors. Screen specifications are 700mm×1250mm×3 pcs. The screen area is 2.6㎡, and adjustment angle of the shaker box is: -3°~+3°. We can adjust the angle of shaker box to control the degree of dryness and wetness of mud at the outlet. Motor power of our TRJBQ11 mud agitator is 11kw with explosion-proof motors.

Centrifugal Pump & Mud Agitator for Russian Client
On June.2nd, a new batch of solid control equipment is ready in TR factory. It includes 5pcs TRJBQ15 mud agitators, 3pcs TRSB6*5-12J centrifugal pumps, and 2pcs small model TRSB3*2-10J centrifugal pumps. They will be operated on the site of oil and gas drilling project in Russia. At present, we have completed the final package and shipment. They are on the way to our client’s drilling field.
