It is during a rush season and the work in our factory is in a more busy period lately. At the beginning of this week, our workers finished 5pcs TRJBQ7.5 horizontal mud agitators in the workshop. They are matched with explosion-proof control cabinets for each piece as a whole set. These are purchased by our new Malaysian customer for their horizontal directional drilling field. Later they will arrange the pickup to the sea port.

The latter one will transfer more efficient to shaft, which saves more energy than common worm and wheel gearbox. No matter for horizontal or vertical mud agitator, there is helical bevel gearbox available.

Mud Agitators for Russian Oilfield Site
Mud agitator is mainly installed on the storage mud tank in drilling solids control system. It can not only be used to mix the mud material to make it more fully merge with the water, but also can be used to prevent the mud from settling. The motor power of these mud agitators is 15kw(20HP). Impeller diameter is 950mm with speed 60/72r/min. We use 2pcs impellers for big power agitators. Centrifugal Pump & Mud Agitator Exported to Ukraine
This week, new batch of centrifugal pump and mud agitator were finished production in TR workshop. They were ordered by a Ukrainian customer. Since Ukraine joined the European Union and became a member of European Union, all products must have an ATEX certificate and the label must have CE mark. After strict quality control and certification requirements, our product meet customer’s requirement. At present, final package and trial operation have been completed, and they are shipped to the port.
TRSB4×3-11J centrifugal pump will be sent to Ukraine.
The mud agitator purchased by our customer is model TRJBQ11 with motor power is 11kw. We adopt ATEX standard motor from Chinese well-know motor factory as per request. The reducer is American brand. Speed ratio of the agitator is 30:1, rod length is 1900mm. Impeller diameter is 800mm, and it’s adjustable. Centrifugal pump is our model TRSB4×3-11J with motor power 18.5kw. Its vibrating motor is also ATEX standard. We use replaceable Mission sand pump head for easy installation. Bearing is famous SKF brand, and seal is double seal type including mechanical seal and packing seal. We adopt ceramic shaft sleeve and centrifugal casting for the pump. They are the best choice for export.
