- Oil injection. Lubrication parts such as bearings of linear shale shakerare generally filled with oil guns. The nozzle injection can be replaced according to different equipment, and some also canuse connecting tools.
- Protection. Damaged parts such as bearings have certain protective measures to prevent the bearing from affecting production due to excessive wear, avoid other debris from damaging the bearing, and prevent the bearing from heating up due to rotationprocess.
- In addition to checking the tightness of boltsregularly, you can also use pressure bolts to ensure that the bolts are tight.

Shale Shaker & Mud Cleaner Delivered to Foreign Oilfield
After the final commissioning and inspection, finally we completed TRZS703 shale shaker and TRQJ250×2S-100×16N mud cleaner before Chinese New Year holidays in our factory. They will soon be sent to our Middle East client for serving their oil drilling field.

Shale shaker and mud cleaner are two important components in mud solids control system. Shale shaker is the first-stage mud treatment equipment in the whole system. TRZS703 linear motion shale shaker is with Martin motors.
Mud cleaner is the second and third stage mud treatment equipment composed of desander and desilter. According to customer requirements, the shale shaker and mud cleaner are equipped with Martin motors. Considering the interchangeability of user’s wearing parts, our company also uses TRZS703 linear motion shale shaker as the bottom shaker of mud cleaner. The screen mesh specification is 700mm×1250mm, which reduces the reserve types of customer’s wearing parts. Linear Shale Shaker is the third generation of vibrating shaker. It uses the horizontal excitation of vibration motor as vibration source, material on the sieve up forward for linear motion, also known as linear shaker. Linear Motion Shaker is the most widely used shale shaker. All shale shakers designed by ourselves, including Balanced Elliptical motion Shaker also Linear Motion shaker.
