Desander and Mud Tank Shipped to Horizontal Directional Drilling Field
One new client from horizontal directional drilling industry ordered TRCS250*2S desander, TRSB8 *6-13 centrifugal sand pump, TRHG40 mud tank (including 2*TRJBQ7.5 mud agitator, 1*TRSLH150-50 jet mud mixer). They have been completed on September 18th, arrived the drilling site and just finished installation at last week.

This batch equipment ordered from client are customized products. The bottom shaker used in TRCS250*2S desander is our TRZS703 double shaker, and the bottom screen of double shaker can be used as the first separation equipment in mud recycling site. The slurry back from mud pump can be directly into the bottom screen, and make the primary separation. The upper screen can be used as bottom shaker of desander, and it can recycle slurry liquid fully.

TRHG40 mud tank produced for our client is made up of 1 set TRSLH150-50 jet mud mixer, 2 sets TRJBQ7.5 mud agitator, 40 square mud tank, electric control system, 2 pieces explosion-proof lights, ladder, guardrail and other components. The guardrail is detachable, and can be directly put down and hang on the tank during transportation. This reduces the time of demolition at the scene.

Desander is The Second Class Equipment in Solid Control System
Drilling fluid desander is a kind of hydrocyclone desander composed of hydrocyclone and shale shaker. It is the second class solid control equipment to treat drilling fluids, mainly used for separating solid particles with size 47 ~ 76μm.

Our TRCS series desander overcomes shortcomings of the original sand removal process. The hydrocyclone of desander is provided with a rotating component, and its cylindrical wall is with a separation window. The upper cylinder wall of the rotating member, a set of tapered grooves and liquid inlet pipe constitute drilling fluid lifting component. Impeller of desander is set at the interior of the component, and sand regulator controls the amount of sand. The drilling fluid enters the rotating component from the inlet pipe, after centrifugal rotation of the blade, the liquid rises to the separation window when the sand is separated from the drilling fluid, the sand is discharged into the sanding cone through the separation window. The separated drilling fluid enters the lifting component, and drilling fluid is discharged into the drilling tank by the drain of the conical groove. The sand in the cone is discharged from the sand outlet controlled by the sand regulator device and the separation is completed.

Mud Desander
Mud Desander is also called Desander. It is composed of hydraulic desander hydrocyclone, shale shaker and cyclone pipe. Desander uses centrifugal force to separate, and it uses centrifugal pump to supply mud, then the mud flow into hydrocyclone along tangent of cyclone, and the mud’s structure is destroyed under the action of centrifugal force. Under the action of gravity, solid particles along the inner wall sinks spirally and was discharged from the bottom of cyclone then falls on the following shale shaker, liquid was discharged from the top of the cyclone.
