Delivery of 37kw Centrifugal Pump
Centrifugal pumps can be used as feeding pump for desander, desilter, or as mixing pump for jet mud mixer. Also it can be used as trip pump and supercharging pump for rig mud pump. Regarding this batch of centrifugal pumps, model is TRSB6×5-12J with processing capacity 150 m3/h. Lift is 30m, and their impeller’s diameter is 12”. They are matched with 37kw explosion-proof motors. These centrifugal pumps will be operated in oil and gas drilling field for supply pump use. Compared with general pumps, our pumps are with good performance, high traffic, high temperature, long service life, easy maintenance, high reliability and remarkable energy saving characteristics. Now they are widely used around the world on onshore and offshore drilling field, horizontal directional drilling, tunneling and microtunnelling etc.

Centrifugal Pump & Mud Agitator Exported to Ukraine
This week, new batch of centrifugal pump and mud agitator were finished production in TR workshop. They were ordered by a Ukrainian customer. Since Ukraine joined the European Union and became a member of European Union, all products must have an ATEX certificate and the label must have CE mark. After strict quality control and certification requirements, our product meet customer’s requirement. At present, final package and trial operation have been completed, and they are shipped to the port.
TRSB4×3-11J centrifugal pump will be sent to Ukraine.
The mud agitator purchased by our customer is model TRJBQ11 with motor power is 11kw. We adopt ATEX standard motor from Chinese well-know motor factory as per request. The reducer is American brand. Speed ratio of the agitator is 30:1, rod length is 1900mm. Impeller diameter is 800mm, and it’s adjustable. Centrifugal pump is our model TRSB4×3-11J with motor power 18.5kw. Its vibrating motor is also ATEX standard. We use replaceable Mission sand pump head for easy installation. Bearing is famous SKF brand, and seal is double seal type including mechanical seal and packing seal. We adopt ceramic shaft sleeve and centrifugal casting for the pump. They are the best choice for export.

At this week, two pieces new centrifugal pumps are completed in TR new factory. They will be shipped to our Russian client in their oil drilling field. 1.Check if its fundamental dimension, location, and elevation comply with design requirement? Foundation bolts must fixed on steady pump rack. It won’t occur missing parts, damage and corrosion;
2.According to the speciality of transferring liquid, we should check main parts, material of sealing element and gasket;
3.Leveling of pump. Leveling work should comply with provisions of technical documents;
4.Check all pipelines connected with centrifugal pump. Does installation of pipe and cleaning requirement of lubricating pipeline comply with relevant standard.
