Pyramid Shaker Screens Shipped to Europe
Shaker screens are common vulnerable parts of all kinds shale shaker and mud cleaner in drilling industry. After 10 days’ preparation and production, we completed 10pcs customized pyramid shaker screens for new European customer. They will be used as samples for testing before batch orders for their NOV Brandt shale shaker.

Dimension of these pyramid shaker screens is 915×1200 mm. Our client chose API 60, API 80 and API 100 for larger sieving particles application. Since shipment by train is much faster and cheaper, they preferred this method to the station. Compared with hook strip flat and soft screen, pyramid shaker screen has more available screening non-blank areas. Test shows that the capacity of the shaker gets about a three-fold improvement due to the screen’s corrugations. While this screen still maintains the equivalent cut-point level of flat shaker screen. This application reduces the number of shakers. Thus less space and less cost are realized. The First Shaker Screen Shipment of New Year

PMD FLC500 Shaker Screens Delivered to Middle East
At this week, TR finished a new batch shaker screens in our workshop. They will be delivered to our Middle East for boosting their oilfield drilling. The screens belong to pyramid type used in Derrick FLC500 shale shaker. This screen panel consists of two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessary rubber plugs can be inserted to rips or tears of the screen. By doing this, we can cut down time and the production cost. TR Solids Control can supply shaker screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 325.

Steel Frame Shaker Screen
Main features of steel frame screens as follows:
- Screen panels are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers with steel backing plate and steel frame combined together, which can get an better filtering effect.
- Screen bottom adopts high strength steel frame, supporting bar with the moderate tension screen cloth. They are combined together to infinitely enhance screen intensity and endurance, and get an better filtering effective.
- Mesh sizes range from API20 to API400. The whole cloth is divided into independent small surfaces, it prevents part excessive expansion damaged with a special rubber plug together to repair damage. Which can save time to replace the screen, increase efficiency and reduce cost.

An new client from Africa put an order for testing our shaker screens in their oil drilling field recently. Screen size is 1050×695mm, and it’s made from good material of S.S316. Usually we pack 2pcs in one carton box, and 18 carton boxes will be included in one wooden box. The package has shipped out on June.9th by air, will arrive to client’s side soon.
